Screen printing
Our foils are printed using screen printing, a process that enables the precise deposition of technical inks tailored to the substrates used.
This step is critical for creating conductive, decorative, or functional patterns with the level of precision required by our applications. It directly impacts both the technical performance and the visual quality of the final product.
Pick and place
The ‘Pick and Place’ step involves the automated handling and positioning of components.
A robotic system (vacuum grippers, clamps, nozzles) picks up the parts and accurately places them onto the substrate or within the assembly.
This step ensures precise assembly, process repeatability, and final product quality, while increasing throughput and reducing human error.
Thermoforming
The ‘Thermo’ step refers to thermoforming or heat bonding, depending on the process used. It involves the application of heat and pressure to assemble different components or shape them as required.
This thermal process is essential for producing finished products tailored to complex or 3D forms.
Cutting
The final cutting step separates the finished products from the master sheet or roll, following a precise contour. This operation can be carried out mechanically or with a laser, depending on the requirements. It produces individual parts ready for inspection or packaging for shipment.
