Symbiose Solution
Thanks to our expertise in IME technology, we are reinventing the design of human–machine interfaces by offering solutions that are modern, intuitive, and elegant.
Our approach is based on screen-print manufacturing using two distinct foils:
- An appearance foil, which integrates visual elements such as logos, pictograms, or colors;
- A technical foil, which integrates capacitive (touch) sensors, for example, and, when required, LEDs for backlighting.
These two foils are then thermoformed to perfectly match the 3D shape of the final part. During plastic injection, they are positioned on either side of the mold: the appearance foil on the user-facing side, and the technical foil on the internal side. The plastic material is injected between them to create a single, robust, and fully functional component.
